Byrne Team Lab Overview
The Byrne Team Lab, AKA “The Flamboyance,” does behavioral research related to medical decision making, cost assessment, and evaluation of interventions. All research projects are done in collaboration with Moffitt Cancer Center researchers, researchers at other institutions, community partners, and more.

Why are we “The Flamboyance?”
Due to an inadvertent and inexplicable beginning, my research lab has long been associated with a continuing and growing collection of flamingo paraphernalia and all things flamingo-y. As one of the collective names for a group of flamingo is a “Flamboyance,” we have adopted that name as our own.
