Applied Research Scientist I

The Applied Research Scientist will play a significant role in developing, conducting, and publishing on research studies that apply informatics tools such as natural language processing and other data extraction, curation and visualization techniques for the advancement of cancer surveillance, translational research and clinical trial matching.

Qualifications: Minimum of an M.D. or Ph.D. (or equivalent) in a discipline relevant to health informatics, computer science or related field is required. 


Research Coordinator II

The Research Coordinator II will assist with a research project focused on increasing Black and Hispanic patient enrollment to Moffitt therapeutic clinical trials using community outreach and digital approaches. The position responsibilities include working with participants/stakeholders across the cancer center, recruiting and consenting eligible participants, data collection, project planning, and dissemination for research findings. 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience required OR Associate's degree required with 3 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with no experience.
