We collaborate extensively with Karen M. Mann, Ph.D. and Michael A. Black, Ph.D. to develop new sequencing technologies and bioinformatics tools aimed at gene discovery using Sleeping Beauty (SB) transposon mutagenesis in mouse models of cancer. In our most recent work published in Nature Biotechnology, we developed the SBCapSeq method to investigate intratumor heterogeneity, clonal driver gene dynamics, and cooperating driver pathways that control hematopoietic transformation in vivo using a new SB-driven mouse model of myeloid leukemia.
