Jamalina Jamaluddin

Research Student Trainee

Jamalina is a Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Science PhD student at University of Michigan, working under the supervision of Dr Issam El Naqa and Dr Martha Matuszak. She holds a BSc in Physics from University of Michigan, and an MSc in Medical Physics from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her thesis focuses on utilizing machine learning and quantum physics concepts to develop algorithms to optimize treatment planning in radiotherapy. Currently, she is working on a treatment planning priority tuning optimization via deep and quantum reinforcement learning.
