We are interested in all aspects of mathematical and computational modeling of cancer evolution and cancer cell biology, including cancer-immune system interactions. Some of our current focus areas are to uncover the laws of Darwinian selection in hematopoietic malignancies, such as in leukemias and lymphomas, e.g. during CAR-T cell therapy or in the context of secreted growth factors and inflammatory cytokines.

Our work is currently funded by generous Moffitt startup funding, a Team Science Award, the American Cancer Society, and a DoD concept award.
